Our academy is growing fast. With new training courses, a book, physical events, online learning environments and digital support tools, there is a lot going on. That is why we are looking for a Support & AI Specialist in Corporate Well-being who will bring structure to the daily operations and help build the future of a conscious organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support day-to-day operations and ensure that our programs run smoothly. Specifically, this means that you:

Keeping in touch with participants and customers. You answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner;
Coordinates communications and administrative processes (such as website, app, applications, schedules and registrations);
Helps organize trainings, events and online sessions;
Manages and optimizes various online tools (for e-learning, mailings, schedules and evaluations);
Thinking along about process improvement using AI and smart automation and independently implementing optimizations in this;
plays an important connecting role between lead trainer Roy, our participants and partners.

In short, you’ll make sure everything runs, and keeps running, while helping to build the next phase of our growth.

YOUR BACKGROUND

HBO+ working and thinking level
Experience in project support or operational management is a plus
Technically proficient and quick to learn new tools
Interested in personal development, stress reduction or mindset coaching
Living in (region) Breda and willing to work at our location once a week (or every 2-3 weeks): Triple O Campus, Breda
Available on a ZZP basis for approximately 1 day per week (spread throughout the week), with the prospect of expanding to 2-3 days as we continue to grow
