Phone: 06-53905386 What personal data we collect.The personal data of customers, visitors to the website, users of the contact form on the website and persons who contact and individuals by other means (in writing) are processed, including:

• First and last name
• Address details
• In the case of a sole proprietorship or general partnership, the trade name, Chamber of Commerce number, business address and mailing address
• Customer number, quotation number and invoice number
• Email address
• Phone number

 

We obtain this personal data from you yourself or consult it from public records, such as the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce or other public sources. If the collection of special personal data such as personal vitality is involved, written consent will first be obtained.

 

The purpose and basis of collecting personal data.Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• If you have contacted us by phone, email, through the contact form or social media then your personal data will be received. This personal data is kept for the purpose of maintaining contact with you and responding to your message. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• For providing information and executing the agreement. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Use of the webshop; Legal basis: performance of the agreement.
• App use; Legal basis: consent.
• If you leave a comment, review or review on the website or on a blog post your name will be processed; Legal basis: consent.
• Your name and email address are processed to send a newsletter if you have given explicit permission. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time; Legal basis: consent.
• If you request a quote your personal data will be processed in order to send a targeted quote; Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• If you agree to our offer then your personal data is needed to send a correct invoice. Legal basis: legal obligation.

 

In some of the above cases, there is a legitimate interest to process personal data. In doing so, no more personal data will be processed than is necessary to achieve the purpose and safeguard legitimate interests.

 

Withdrawal of consent

You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawing consent can be done by contacting us at contact@nextlevelyouacademy.nl. If you use the app, you can withdraw consent by contacting the preceding email address. Withdrawing consent for the newsletters can be done through the link at the bottom of the newsletters.

 

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.

 

Personal data of persons under 16 years of age

The website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Data obtained from persons under 16 years of age are always obtained with parental or guardian consent.

 

If you believe that personal information about a minor has been collected by Roy Wenting Training & Consulting without such consent, please contact us at contact@nextlevelyouacademy.nl. The data will then be deleted.

 

Who receives this personal data

Personal data will be processed only for the purposes described above. Your personal data may be shared internally or to third parties (including our processors) but only for the execution of the assignment agreement, for example:

Work is performed as much as possible within the EU but sometimes it cannot be avoided to transfer personal data outside the EU or an international organization. A processor agreement is in place with all processors, inside and outside the EU.

Personal data is not kept longer than necessary to provide the services or to comply with legal requirements. Due to tax laws, certain customer information, such as quotes and invoices, must be kept for 7 years. Other information will be retained after one (1) year or one (1) year after the end of the agreement.

 

What rights do you have

Under the law, you have several rights. Your rights include:

• Access and inspection of personal data being processed. This right is designed to give you more control over your personal data and to enable you to check Roy Wenting Training & Consulting’s compliance.
• Correction and/or rectification of personal data. This right is to ask Roy Wenting Training & Consulting to supplement or change your personal data.
• Limiting the processing of personal data. You have this right if the personal data may be inaccurate, the processing of the data is unlawful, the data is no longer needed and/or if you have objected to the processing of the data.
• Deletion of personal data. You have the right to have your personal data deleted, but note that this is not always possible.

Roy Wenting Training & Consulting will, upon receipt of this request, provide the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. • Roy Wenting Training & Consulting does not use automated decision making, but should this change you may object to being subjected to this automated decision making. After all, you have a right to a human perspective in decisions.
• Object to data storage. This can be done in two cases: 1) because of a specific situation (special personal circumstances) or 2) in the case of direct marketing.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you and as part of the protection of your privacy, you are asked to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). If your request involves a cookie you will be asked to include it as well.

 

Do you have complaints about how your personal data is handled? You can file these with the Personal Data Authority.

 

Privacy policy changes

If this privacy statement changes, the updated privacy statement will be posted on the website. Changes will take effect as soon as the new privacy statement is posted. So please check our privacy statement regularly. If necessary, you will be notified of a new privacy statement or asked to agree to the new privacy statement.
