TEAMS IN TRANSITION
MANAGERS' INTERVISION SESSION (DEC. 3, 9:30 A.M. | THE HAGUE)How do you keep a team connected when there are a lot of changes?
Change affects teams.
At the Central Government Real Estate Agency, several developments are taking place simultaneously. The Strategic Plan, changing work processes, hybrid work, high workloads, and the influx of new employees all influence how people collaborate and how they experience their work.
As a manager, you’re right in the middle of it all.
How do you provide direction when you don’t yet have all the answers yourself? How do you keep people connected when the pressure is high? How do you deal with differences in engagement, resistance, or negativity? And how do you encourage ownership without, as a manager, getting involved in every single detail yourself?

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
During this live session, we’ll explore what teams need to continue functioning effectively even in a changing environment.
Among other things, we will be focusing on:
- team building and fostering connections;
- clarity regarding roles and responsibilities;
- ownership within the team;
- dealing with change, uncertainty, and resistance;
- helping new employees settle in smoothly;
- collaboration in a hybrid work environment;
- maintaining a positive and safe team atmosphere under pressure.
Here, too, in-depth exploration of the subject matter serves as the starting point, but the focus is on peer review and exchange with other managers.

WHAT DOES IT GET YOU?
You gain more insight into what happens beneath the surface when teams are under pressure or experience a lot of change.
By combining a methodology with your own case studies and the experiences of fellow managers, you gain new perspectives on themes such as connection, role clarity, ownership, and resistance.
You translate these insights to your own team and determine which movement you can support from your role, without taking over the team’s responsibility.
This does not provide a theoretical answer to change, but rather more clarity about what your team needs now and what role you can play in that as a leader.
