Through focused exercises, a vital moment helps you reduce stress, strengthen your focus, and gain new energy so that you are more productive and resilient in life.

Bring more energy and focus to long team meetings with Vital Moments! These short sessions – ranging from simple yoga and breathing exercises to meditation and relaxation – are the perfect addition to your work meetings. In just 20-45 minutes, you’ll provide a refreshing break that relieves tension and increases productivity.

Whether you’re in the middle of an intensive meeting or at the start of a long day, Vital Moments help you take a break to recharge and move on with new energy. These moments of rest, provided by and for RVB colleagues, offer just the relaxation you need to stay mentally sharp and work more effectively together.
