You can redesign the architecture of your brain so that you experience more peace and can better cope with challenges. During this learning track, the construction site is your own brain. You’ll get practical tips, do effective techniques and engage in conversations with colleagues about building more peace in your mind. The result is that you get a better grip on your work and life. You also enjoy your day more as a result.

A STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH TO PERSONAL GROWTH

SET-UP OF THE LEARNING TRACK

Each learning track takes you through a step-by-step approach to achieve real and tangible results for 3-4 months and long after. Each learning track consists of:

  • 3 inspiring live intensives for motivation and tools for growth (3 hours each)
  • 3 online coaching calls to learn to tackle challenges and exchange experiences (1 hour each, online)
  • Short repeatable exercises in the Next Level You app when you need it (5 – 20 min. each)
  • You will receive the Next Level You book, a workbook and personal buddy to get the most out of the learning track!
  • With a before and after measurement, you can see what growth you have experienced.

This learning track is offered in-company with a minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 participants.

TRAINER

Roy Wenting guided thousands of professionals in large organizations toward inner peace, resilience and growth. He uses mindfulness meditation, yoga and transformational coaching, among other methods. Roy spent 3 years in Asian communities, monasteries and yoga schools. As a business expert, he bridges the gap between current challenges of professionals and impactful techniques for self-optimization. He shares his insights and inspires change with his Next Level You book, app, trainings, retreats and events.
