The Incompany Vital Supervisor Training is made to give vitality a structural place in the organization. It is ideal for HR professionals, team leaders, incompany trainers or driven professionals who want to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of their colleagues. After completing this course, participants are well equipped to create and guide vital moments. This promotes a healthy corporate culture. 3 AREAS OF FOCUS IN TRAINING

A good vitality facilitator is above the material. Providing vital moments by vitality facilitators therefore requires the right knowledge, attitudes and skills.

  1. In the knowledge components, participants will learn basic theory about the body, energy, mindset and attention and learn how to transfer this to others in an approachable and effective way.
  2. In addition, attitude & embodiment is an important part of this training. So in the context of “practice what you preach,” personal practice is paramount.
  3. Finally, skills are essential to properly manage vital moments. In the training, therefore, participants are deliberately thrown into the deep end. You will organize, prepare and give sessions.

GROW INTO A VITALITY FACILITATOR ROLE IN 1 YEAR

SET-UP OF THE TRAINING

The Vitality Facilitator Training consists of 5 components:

  • 10 training days: The first eight days are of a learning nature. The last two days are of a testing nature.
  • Self-Study & Assignments: Around each of the learning areas, the participant delves into the relevant chapters of the book Next Level You and underlying theory and science.
  • Challenges: One’s own practice is essential. Therefore, during the training, participants receive challenges around the areas of learning.
  • Internship: During the training, participants will begin working fairly quickly to deliver sessions to colleagues. They give a minimum of 6 during the training year.
  • Coaching calls: During group coaching calls, challenges are tackled early and participants can get the most out of the training.

Suitable for: Professionals, managers or incompany trainers who want to guide vital moments for colleagues in addition to their role within the organization. Experience in meditation, yoga, breath work, personal development and/or speaking in front of groups is a plus!

Investment: This training has a value of 10,000. Because this is the first open enrollment edition, this now requires only an investment from your organization of 4,499 excl. VAT per participant.

TRAINER

Roy Wenting guided thousands of professionals in large organizations toward inner peace, resilience and growth. He uses mindfulness meditation, yoga and transformational coaching, among other methods. Roy spent 3 years in Asian communities, monasteries and yoga schools. As a business expert, he bridges the gap between current challenges of professionals and impactful techniques for self-optimization. He shares his insights and inspires change with his Next Level You book, app, trainings, retreats and events.
