LEARN TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES

Do your days sometimes take more energy than they give? Do you sometimes feel empty and drained? Or do you find that your energy levels are too high and you just can’t seem to catch your rest? During this learning track, you will improve the energetic architecture of your body and learn to live and work from more passion. You will learn how to turn the right knobs to improve your energy on different levels. For example, how to charge your battery to have more energy. Or how to experience more peace and space within yourself. You get access to an app with short impactful movement, concentration, mindset and breathing techniques that you can do from your office chair at any time. The result is that you can manage your own energy well, do what gives energy and your energy flows better.

  • A clear understanding of your own energy balance;
  • You understand what brings your energy up and down;
  • You learn how your day gives you energy instead of taking it;
  • Short impactful chair or standing yoga exercises that help change your energy immediately;
  • Deepening breath and music meditations that balance your energy;
  • Breathing exercises that bring energy, calm or balance;
  • Achieve balance between “doing” and “letting go”.
  • Tips on how to keep your energy in an upward spiral.

A STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH TO PERSONAL GROWTH

SET-UP OF THE LEARNING TRACK

Each learning track takes you through a step-by-step approach to achieve real and tangible results for 3-4 months and long after. Each learning track consists of:

  • 3 inspiring live intensives for motivation and tools for growth (3 hours each)
  • 3 online coaching calls to learn to tackle challenges and exchange experiences (1 hour each, online)
  • Short repeatable exercises in the Next Level You app when you need it (5 – 20 min. each)
  • You will receive the Next Level You book, a workbook and personal buddy to get the most out of the learning track!
  • With a before and after measurement, you can see what growth you have experienced.

This learning track is offered in-company with a minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 participants.

TRAINER

Roy Wenting guided thousands of professionals in large organizations toward inner peace, resilience and growth. He uses mindfulness meditation, yoga and transformational coaching, among other methods. Roy spent 3 years in Asian communities, monasteries and yoga schools. As a business expert, he bridges the gap between current challenges of professionals and impactful techniques for self-optimization. He shares his insights and inspires change with his Next Level You book, app, trainings, retreats and events.
