Do you feel you can get more out of yourself? Do you want to be better able to handle challenging situations in your work or personal life? Do you sometimes lose yourself in expectations of others or yourself? Do you want a better grip on yourself? Sometimes that grip seems to slip away because of the maelstrom of emotions and thoughts that go on and on. Endless to-do’s, feeling of insecurity, constantly having to, feeling of being lived etc.. In this training, you not only learn to better recognize these impeding emotions and thoughts, you also bend them. This helps you get a better grip on yourself and allows you to handle challenging situations or individuals more resiliently. In this mindset training you will lay the foundations for a freer, lighter and happier (working) life.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE LEARNING LINE
This learning line takes you through a step-by-step approach to achieve real and tangible results for 3-4 months and long after. This learning line consists of:
- Intensive 1: Di Jan 28, 2025, 13:30 – 16:30 (live near Utrecht C.S.)
- Coaching call 1: Di Feb. 11, 2025, 10:30 – 11:30 (online via Teams)
- Intensive 2: Di March 11, 2025, 13:30 – 16:30 (live near Utrecht C.S.)
- Coaching call 2: Di March 25, 2025, 10:30 – 11:30 (online via Teams)
- Coaching call 3: Di April 8, 2025, 10:30 – 11:30 (online via Teams)
- Intensive 3: Di May 13, 2025, 13:30 – 16:30 (live near Utrecht C.S.)
- Return Day: Di Sept. 16, 2025, 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (live near Utrecht C.S.)
- Short repeatable exercises in the Next Level You app when you need it (5 – 20 min. each)
- You will receive the Next Level You book, a learning line workbook and personal buddy to get the most out of the learning line!
- With a before and after measurement, you can see what growth you have experienced.

As a business expert, he bridges the gap between current challenges of professionals and impactful techniques for self-optimization. He shares his insights and inspires change with his Next Level You book, app, trainings, retreats and events. Roy trained some 900 RVB employees in personal vitality and wellness over the past 6 years.
